What do you need?
Most organisations come looking for a solution.
I come looking for the problem.
Because the most expensive mistake an organisation can make isn’t choosing the wrong learning platform or leadership program.
It’s solving the wrong problem.
For more than twenty years I’ve helped organisations step back, ask better questions and build practical capability that improves performance.
Sometimes the answer is learning.
Sometimes it isn’t.
My job isn’t to sell capability.
It’s to understand what your organisation needs and build only what’s necessary to achieve it.
- What problems are you trying to solve?
- What’s getting in the way?
- What does success actually look like?
Why clients choose me
Not because I deliver workshops, or learning or worked across government, banking, healthcare and technology (that’s a part of it).
They choose me because I think differently.
I bring together three perspectives that rarely exist in one person.
- An educator’s mindset.
Understanding how people learn, develop and change. - An entrepreneur’s mindset.
Understanding that every recommendation has to be practical, commercial and achievable. - A creator’s mindset.
Seeing possibilities others often overlook and designing solutions that fit the organisation rather than forcing the organisation to fit the solution.
The result isn’t bigger capability programs.
It’s better ones.
How I work
My work generally falls into two areas.
Working on the business
Sometimes organisations need clarity before they need delivery. This work focuses on understanding where the organisation is today, where it wants to go and what capability needs to exist to get there.
Typical engagements include:
- Capability and learning strategy
- Capability and Competency frameworks
- Training Needs Analysis
- Workforce capability planning
- Change readiness
Working in the business
Once the direction is clear, the focus shifts to delivery.
Depending on the engagement, that might involve facilitating workshops, designing learning, coaching leaders, supporting organisational change or providing capability leadership during periods of growth. This is where strategy becomes action.
Typical engagements include:
- Stakeholder engagement
- Workshop facilitation
- Instructional design
- Digital learning
- Organisational change
- Coaching and mentoring

Let’s start with a conversation
Whether you’re planning for the future, navigating change or trying to solve a capability challenge, every engagement starts the same way.
A conversation. Let’s work out what you need.
